Subscription Policy

1. Subscribe & save
Our subscription option lets you receive m3brunette shop on a regular schedule at a discounted price. Subscriptions are billed automatically at the interval you choose during checkout (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
2. Billing
Your payment method will be charged when you first subscribe and then on each renewal date. You will receive an email confirmation before each shipment. If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again and notify you by email.
3. Shipping schedule
Subscription orders ship according to the schedule you selected. Standard shipping times apply. You may receive tracking information by email once each subscription order ships.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled billing date. Already-processed orders cannot be refunded unless they qualify under our return policy.
5. Changes
You can update your subscription frequency, shipping address, or payment method from your account. Changes made after a billing date will apply to the next shipment.
