1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days for domestic orders. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days.

3. International orders

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by country and typically range from 10–21 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement at our discretion.
